WHO: Regulate E-Cigarettes

The World Health Organization veered from the hot topic of Ebola to electronic cigarettes, releasing a long-awaited report on the devices on Tuesday. The agency urged regulation of e-cigarettes by United Nations member states, saying they should be banned indoors and in sales to minors. The devices, which are often used to wean cigarette smokers off the conventional method, shouldn’t be allowed to make any health claims until they could be scientifically backed up.
