WH Prepping for Election Cyberattacks

The White House and the Department of Homeland Security are reportedly working in conjunction with the CIA, the National Security Agency, and other elements of the Defense Department to ensure they will combat any potential cyberattacks that could threaten the United States on Election Day. U.S. officials claim that while they are prepared for the worst, including potentially parts of the internet being shut down, what they believe is more likely is that hackers could peddle fake and/or misleading information in advance of people voting.
