Karnig Ohannessian, deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Navy for environment, is under investigation after he allegedly pulled a gun on young men who he claims were drunk and making noise outside of his suburban Washington, D.C., home. In the video, Ohannessian tells the teens to get into their car, which prompts them to taunt him. “Be thankful you have a gun, man,” one of them says. A woman, believed to be his Ohannessian’s wife, appears in the video and talks him down. No charges have been filed against Ohannessian.
