Police say the death toll in Thursday's terror attack in Barcelona has risen to 14, after a woman injured in a seaside resort died. In the afternoon attack on Barcelona's Las Ramblas walkway, a van mowed down a crowd of pedestrians. The identities of most of the victims have not yet been released, but Spanish authorities said early Friday that the victims were from 18 countries: France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Argentina, Venezuela, Belgium, Australia, Hungary, Peru, Romania, Ireland, Greece, Cuba, Macedonia, China, Italy, and Algeria. The Belgian Foreign Ministry said a Belgian woman was among those killed, while Greek and Australian authorities said its citizens were wounded in the attack. Spanish media reports said a 3-year-old child was also among the dead.
