Following a Thursday afternoon standoff, Las Vegas cops took a suspect into custody in the killing of a woman in what appears to be a case of road rage. The suspect surrendered to police a week after the woman, Tammy Myers, was shot. She died two days later on Feb. 14 in a hospital. It is not yet clear whether the suspect in custody is the gunman—police said the gunman was in a car with two other men during the shooting. “Are you all happy? You made my wife look like an animal… and my son. There’s the animal, a block away. Are you happy?” Myers’ husband, Robert, reportedly screamed at reporters during the standoff.
