U.S. to Build New Factory in Cuba

President Obama's administration has approved the creation of a new U.S. factory in Cuba, which will be the first built there by a U.S. company in over half a century. Cuban officials have already endorsed the project which will involve the construction of a plant building tractors for farmers in Cuba. The partners involved, Horace Clemmons and Saul Berenthal from Alabama, hope to be done with the project by early 2017.
