Although he's fled his now-notorious palace outside of Kiev, former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has hardly made a clean escape. The acting interior minister, Arsen Avakov, issued a warrant for his arrest, accusing him of being responsible for the mass killing of protesters in last week's demonstrations. Avakov made the announcement via his official Facebook page. He also said Yanukovych was last known to be in Crimea. During last week’s protests in Ukraine, 82 people were killed in violent clashes with the government.
