Ukraine: 100 Russians Lead Attacks

The chief of intelligence for Ukraine accused 100 Russian military officers and troops of being "the main provocateurs and main organizers" of uprisings in eastern Ukraine that have seized towns and local governments. Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said that Russian military intelligence has been building a covert network in the area for the past few years. “They are very dangerous, well armed, [and] for years before prepared to do what they are doing now,” he said of the operators.
