U.K. Makes New Phone-Hack Arrest

Police in Britain have arrested a new man in their News International phone-hacking probe—their 16th arrest since the investigation began. The 35-year-old man, who has not been identified, was detained at his home in London on suspicion of conspiring to intercept communications. Unlike previous cases, he was arrested without any prior appointment with police. He was then taken to a North London police station.
