Two VA Men Arrested on Terrorism Charges

Two Virginia men have been arrested on terrorism-related charges, one for allegedly trying to join the Islamic State in Syria and the other for supposedly helping him do so. On Saturday the Justice Department said in a statement that on Friday 28-year-old Joseph Hassan Farrokh was arrested at an airport in Richmond, Virginia. Authorities also took 25-year-old Mahmoud Amin Mohamed Elhassan into custody. They say Elhassan drove Farrokh to Richmond.
