Two University of Central Florida students have been arrested after a woman reported being gang raped at a fraternity party on Friday night, according to The Orlando Sentinel. Students David Anthony Kirk, 20, and Jack Ryan Smith, 26, were both charged with sexual battery and arrested Saturday. According to the police report, the alleged victim was speaking with the two men at a party held at the Alpha Tau Omega chapter’s “party home” when she blacked out. She then woke up in a bedroom, where she alleges Smith was raping her and Kirk was forcing her to perform oral sex. The woman allegedly heard one of the men saying “my turn, my turn.” She then texted her friends for help, and went to the hospital the next morning, the woman told police. ATO was placed on “interim suspension” Tuesday, making it the second time the fraternity has been suspended in less than a year. Last year, a woman reported being raped at the frat’s “New Years in July” party.
