Two Bombings Kill 20 in Pakistan

While the Pakistani government attempts to crack down on al Qaeda-backed militants, terrorists are striking back against civilians. On Saturday, they carried out a pair of bombings at a center for displaced persons, killing at least 20 people. "The second one was very devastating," local commissioner Khalid Khan Omarzai said. Officials claim they have killed hundreds of militants in recent operations, but terrorists have still managed to carry out frequent attacks.
