Turkish Prosecutor Held at Gunpoint

Mehmet Selim Kiraz, a Turkish prosecutor who probed the politically sensitive death of a teenage boy injured by police at a 2013 protest, appeared in a video Tuesday in which far-left terrorists held him at gunpoint. He was taken hostage at an Istanbul courthouse earlier in the day by members of the Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party-Front. The militants say they will execute him by 3:35 p.m. local time if the officer who shot the teenager is not arrested and doesn’t confess.
