Trump Makes Nice With Koch Brothers

President Trump reportedly had a friendly conversation Saturday with two of the billionaire mega-donor Koch brothers, David and Bill, whose family waged war with the then-presidential candidate in 2016. Trump allegedly stopped by the table at Mar-a-Lago where the brothers were dining with Chris Ruddy, a conservative media entrepreneur and friend of Trump. At least three unnamed sources told Politico of the interaction, but did not say more about the subject of the discussion among the four men. Steve Lombardo, a spokesman for Koch Industries, told Politico: “David Koch was indeed at Mar-a-Lago last night and did briefly chat with the president.”
