Trump Extends Iran Nuclear Deal He Hates for the Third Time

President Trump on Friday extended for the third time the Iran nuclear deal he so publicly hates. While signing the waiver to keep the Obama-era deal alive, however, the president issued a warning that this will be the last time he does so. Any future deal, Trump said, must explicitly prohibit any path for Iran to build nuclear weapons. “The president makes clear this is the last such waiver he will issue,” a senior Trump official told media outlets, The Washington Post reported. “He intends to work with our European partners for a follow-on agreement.”
