With Romney’s chances at securing the GOP primary looking shakier every day, Tomasky has diagnosed the problem: he doesn’t hate President Obama in the right way. Sure, Romney has been spewing anti-Obama rhetoric for years, “but he does not think of Obama as a mortal threat to America’s very soul. And if you’re running for the Republican nomination in 2012, that is exactly what you’re supposed to think.”
