This is probably the cutest thing we have heard about Prince George yet.

On being told his daddy was "in China" he trotted over to the china cabinet, looked inside and pronounced, "Daddy is not here."

The delightful insight comes courtesy of luxury travel agent Claudia Gordon, who got the snippet when she met Kate at a 105th birthday celebration of the Goring Hotel that included a luncheon with the duchess.

“I asked her if Prince George was excited about the new prince or princess that was coming and she said yes and that he is a toddler and is talking and walking,” Goran said. “Then she told me that his daddy, Prince William, was visiting China. After hearing this he went to the china cabinet, opened it and proclaimed ‘daddy is not here.’ She said they would work on his geography.”

Gordon, who owns Naples Luxury Travel Advisors in Naples was invited to the party at the hotel where Kate's family made their base before the Royal wedding in 2012.
