A third person has been arrested in a hazing death last November at Florida A&M University, where the school band's drum major was beaten to death on a bus after the Florida Classic in Orlando. A 23-year-old man turned himself in Wednesday, and was charged with felony college hazing/causing injury or death. He was one of 13 people who a had been charged with hazing in the incident. Two others were arrested Wednesday in the same case. The beating brought to light what some called a hazing epidemic at FAMU, and the university says it is implementing policy changes to address the problem.
