When you’re in New York City during the holidays, there are a few things you need to do to get in the holiday spirit. You have to gaze at the egregiously giant Rockefeller Christmas tree, trek to Dyker Heights to see the dueling over-decorated homes, and see the iconic Nutcracker ballet. When it comes to dressing for each event, the only difference is that people come dressed to impress at the ballet, at times ignoring frigid temperatures.
