The 2016 Golden Globes kicked off Sunday night with host Ricky Gervais returning to the stage to roast Hollywood’s film and television stars. The Revenant scored big with the best motion picture drama award while Alejandro G. Iñárritu took home best director and Leonardo DiCaprio won best actor in a motion picture drama for the film. Mozart in the Jungle won best musical or comedy while Gael García Bernal won best actor in the same category for the Amazon television series. USA Network’s Mr. Robot won best TV drama series and Christian Slater took home best supporting actor for his role on the show. Aaron Sorkin was honored for best screenplay and Kate Winslet won best supporting acress in a motion picture for Steve Jobs.
