Prince Philip has always been famous for his amazingly politically incorrect sense of humor. And today, while he and the Queen were touring an outer London area, he was true to form when he approached David Miller, 60, a disabled man seated on a four-wheeled mobility scooter and asked him "How many people have you knocked over this morning on that thing?"

Mr Miller, who said the remark was "all in good humor", replied, "No, your Royal Highness, I have not knocked anyone down."

Vintage stuff.
