The First Chrome Laptop

Where do we sign-up? Google’s upcoming laptop, the CR-48, which will run on its Chrome operating system, won’t be for sale until mid-2011, but they’ll soon inaugurate a pilot program that will provide the device to some individuals and businesses. The laptop is an unbranded black computer. It comes with a “search” key instead of a Caps Lock, and a full row of action keys, like the top row of Apple computers. Best of all, the CR-48 and all other Chrome laptops will ship with 3G capability and 100 MB free monthly data from Verizon.
