As someone that has only recently come into possession of one, I’m here to say that I drank the Kool-Aid and I’m 110% in the Church of the Instant Pot. And while I have the typical 6QT version, when they announced the launch of a mini version, I almost wanted to get a second one. The 3QT version does everything the 6QT does, just in half the quantity. You can still make stews and soups, braise and tenderize meats, cook up rice and make yogurt somehow. Right now, Amazon has it for just $59.95, half of what it normally goes for. The Instant Pot in all its mysterious wonder is a great gift for budding chefs or people that really love their slowcooker, but just don’t have the time to waste waiting for food to be ready. —Jillian Lucas
