Suspects in San Diego Fires Arrested

Two teenagers, a 19- and a 17-year-old, were arrested late Thursday on suspicion of trying to start another fire while wildfires continue to burn in large areas in San Diego County. Investigators are looking into whether the pair had anything to do with the brush fires that started the giant blaze that so far has burned 10,000 acres. They were arrested after witnesses reported seeing two people start a fire on South Escondido Boulevard in Escondido, and another one at Kit Carson Park.
