Subzero Temps Coming for Midwest, East

Much of the country is set to be hit this week with the coldest temperatures of the season thus far. Chicago may not make it out of single-digit temperatures during the day, and the city could drop well below zero at night. Parts of New England and upstate New York are also expected to suffer through similarly low temperatures and fail to make it above zero degrees when night falls. Highs in Boston and New York are expected to trickle down to the 20s, and even Atlanta is expected to fall to the 40s this week.
