Study: U.S. Airport Satisfaction Soars

According to a J.D. Power American Airport Study released Wednesday, passenger satisfaction with airports was at an average of 725 points on a 1,000-point scale. That’s higher than the last survey, taken five years ago—when the average was 690. The survey took into account factors including terminals, accessibility, and baggage claim. Terminal facilities were the most important factor among those surveyed.
