Study: Tylenol May Decrease Empathy

A new study from The Ohio State University indicates that acetaminophen, the main ingredient in Tylenol, affected the way participants were able to empathize. In the first round of the study, 80 different college students read a series of scenarios. Some took the medication and others did not. The group that did rated the list of scenarios as less severe than the group that didn't consume the Tylenol.
