A South Carolina serial killer who is already serving life in prison for seven murders told police of two more bodies he allegedly killed and buried near an interstate, the local Greenville News reports. Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright confirmed that Todd Kohlhepp told authorities about two bodies buried near Interstate 26. Police plan to take Kohlhepp from prison to Spartanburg County to lead them to the remains of the alleged victims. Wright said authorities were currently unsure who the victims were and where exactly they were buried. “We haven’t been able to confirm anything he’s claimed yet,” he said. “It's not to say that the details are not sketchy because it's been so long, but we're obligated to go check.” Kohlhepp was arrested in late 2016 when a missing woman was found chained up on his property. The woman’s boyfriend and a local couple were also found in shallow graves on his property at the time. While in custody, he confessed to a 2003 quadruple homicide where he shot four men in a motorsports shop. As part of his plea agreement, Kohlhepp is currently in prison for life without the possibility of parole.
