A shoplifting suspect in Indianapolis died in custody Saturday after reportedly claiming he had trouble breathing. The man was confronted at a Burlington Coat Factory Saturday afternoon on suspicion of theft. He allegedly pointed a gun and ran from the store. He was later found lying in a grassy area. Police arrested him at which point he said he had trouble breathing. EMS determined he could be transported by police but his condition detoriorated and he died in the back of an ambulance later.
