    Senate Keeps Iran Deal Alive

    Democrats in the Senate filibustered a GOP measure to derail the Iran deal Thursday by a 58-42 vote. President Obama now has the votes necessary to implement the agreement as 60 votes were required to keep the disapproval resolution alive. All Senate Republicans and four Senate Democrats were part of the contingency that voted for the disapproval.
