Russian Premier Decries 'New Cold War'

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Saturday that the world has "slid into a new period of Cold War." Medvedev's comments, which came at a conference of world leaders in Germany, cited tensions regarding Russia's actions in the Ukraine and Syria. "Almost every day we are accused of making new horrible threats either against NATO as a whole, against Europe or against the US or other countries," Medvedev said.
