Rove’s Role at Fox Questioned

In fairness, it is hard to be on live TV. Republican strategist Karl Rove’s role at Fox News is being questioned after his on-air meltdown on Election Night, as he insisted Ohio could still be in play, despite all the other networks—including Fox—calling it for President Obama. Rove insisted on Wednesday that he had a “concern about premature calls,” citing Florida in 2000, when networks called the state for Vice President Al Gore before the polls even closed. On air, Rove forced anchor Megyn Kelly to march down to the network’s “Decision Desk,” where the analysts assured her they were “99.9 percent” certain Ohio had been won by Obama.
