Robin Thicke: My Song Isn’t ‘Rapey’

The song of the summer is really just a meditation on how men and women are really just the same. That’s what Robin Thicke says about his song “Blurred Lines,” which critics accused of having “rapey” lyrics. “Yeah, I think they should all—I can’t even dignify that with a response,” he said. “That’s ridiculous.” Thicke added that there are also blurred lines between a good girl and a bad girl. What about that video of all the naked girls? That should be controversial only to “extra-religious people.”
