Republican leaders in Mississippi and Georgiaare debating whether to bail out state hospitals that would have received fundingunder President Obama’s health care law. After a Supreme Court ruling, 25states either refused to expand their Medicaid programs in accordance with theObamacare overhaul, or are still debating whether to do so. That has left a largenumber of poor residents without insurance and unable to pay for treatments, which leaves hospitals in the lurch.
