Ravens ‘Warned’ Colts About Deflategate

An email exchange obtained by The Baltimore Sun revealed that a member of the Baltimore Ravens staff warned the Indianapolis Colts that footballs had been deflated before their AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots last season. The Ravens released a statement Wednesday denying that they had said anything about the footballs in the game. “Prior to the AFC Championship game, no one from the Ravens talked to the Colts about deflated footballs,” according to the statement. “We knew nothing of deflated footballs.”
