Putin to Visit Crimea

Deciding that giving the middle finger to the rest of the world is his favorite pastime, Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Crimea for the first time since its annexation. Putin will attend a military parade in the recently seized territory to mark the end of World War II, which Russia and former Soviet states celebrate on May 9. The announcement comes as tensions in Ukraine rise ever higher, with pro-Russian activists seizing government buildings in eastern Ukraine.
