Missouri prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced on Friday she will not refile felony invasion-of-privacy charges against former Gov. Eric Greitens, according to an Associated Press report. Last week, Greitens resigned after a series of scandals, including accusations that he took an unauthorized, partially nude photograph of his mistress in 2015. A St. Louis grand jury indicted Greitens in February, but prosecutors dropped the charge in May. The former governor resigned as the state’s legislature was considering his impeachment.
