Project Runway Makes It Work Again

In fashion, you’re either in or you’re out. But on Project Runway, when you’re out of one network, you’re onto another. When the show returns to the air on August 20, it will have a whole new look: it will take place in Los Angeles, rather than New York, and air on Lifetime rather than Bravo. The show’s makeover comes on the high heels of a settlement between the show’s producers, the Weinstein Co., and its parent company NBC Universal. Says Tim Gunn: "I just want to express my huge relief that Project Runway has come out of the ether and landed at Lifetime." Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn, and their ferosh team of designers will all go untouched—now that's a relief.
