Pistorius to Get Psych Evaluation

After a witness in his murder trial claimed former Olympian Oscar Pistorius suffered from an anxiety disorder, the athlete was ordered by the judge to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. The evaluation, which could delay the trial by a month, was pushed by the prosecution, which claimed that the anxiety could have affected how he responded to perceived threats, and that an independent assessment was required if defense lawyers were to pursue a defense based on mental condition.
