Pentagon's Top Russia Official Resigns

The Pentagon's top official responsible for overseeing military relations between Russia and Ukraine announced her resignation Tuesday. Evelyn Farkas, who serves as the deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia is leaving this position at the end of the month after serving in the Defense Department for five years. Farkas is departing as the Obama administration debates a proper response to Russian movements in Ukraine and Syria.
