Officials: House Explosion in Spain Tied to Terror Attack

A home explosion in Spain that was initially deemed a gas explosion is believed to be connected to the terror attack in Barcelona on Thursday, officials said. The explosion, which took place on Wednesday night in the town of Alcanar, is now thought to be tied to the terror attack that resulted in at least 13 deaths and dozens of injuries after a car plowed through a crowd of people. At least one person was killed and six others were hurt when the house exploded on Wednesday. Alcanar is approximately 120 miles south of Barcelona.
