Obama Promises $33 Billion to Africa

President Obama is buddying up to Africa. At the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit on Tuesday, he pledged $33 million in private and public funds to assist the continent. "Let's do even more business together," Obama told heads of state of 50 nations, encouraging an end to corruption and reformed government regulation. The new funds will include $7 billion to promote U.S. exports and investments.
