Oakland Shooter: ‘Intent to Kill’

Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan described the man suspected of killing seven people and wounding three others as being “a very chaotic, calculated and determined gentleman that came with a specific intent to kill people.” One L. Goh, a 43-year-old former Oikos University student, was arrested Monday as the suspected shooter at the small religious school. Police said the students were lined up against the classroom wall and then shot, in what Jordan described as “execution-style.” After the shooting, the suspect allegedly drove off in a student’s car and reportedly called his father, who then called police.
