Despite North Korea's scary antics in recent weeks, U.S. intelligence says it sees little physical evidence that the rogue state is preparing for war. After South Korea accused its neighbor of torpedoing its naval vessel, North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il told his military to prepare for armed conflict. But U.S. intelligence agencies haven't seen any military mobilization, Newsweek reports. The nation isn't preparing for another major nuclear missile test, either. North Korea could spring an attack on Seoul easily, with the city just 30 miles from the Demilitarized Zone. But that would risk serious retaliation.
