North Korea is holding another American citizen who allegedly trespassed from China, the government told the U.S. State Department Friday. The unidentified American was detained Monday and is currently under investigation, but State Department Spokesman P.J. Crowley said they were unable to get information about the incident. Another American was detained Christmas Eve for illegally crossing the North Korean border from China, sparking concerns that the unidentified man was Robert Park, a Korean-American missionary. As Washington and Pyongyang do not have diplomatic relations, the U.S. relies on the Swedish Embassy to handle American affairs in the country.
