JACKSON TRIAL

No Verdict Yet for Conrad Murray

The jurors in the Conrad Murray trial are taking a break for the weekend. The panel failed to reach a verdict after the first full day of deliberations Friday and will reconvene on Monday. After six weeks of testimony and medical analysis, it’s up to the jury to decide whether Murray is responsible for his patient Michael Jackson’s death. While the deputy district attorney told the court, “Every single doctor that testified in this case said [they] would never do what Conrad Murray did,” the defense maintains that Jackson’s death was caused by a mixture of drugs that he was responsible for taking.
