Nigerian President Cancels Visit

Due to safety concerns, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan canceled a visit to the town of Chibok, where more than 200 schoolgirls were abducted. The president had planned to stop in the town en route to a conference in France, but he will now just head to Paris. Jonathan, who has ruled out negotiations for a prisoner release, is facing growing dissatisfaction with how his government has failed to save the girls.
