N. Korea Fires Short-Range Projectiles

A day after South Korea rejected proposals to reduce tensions, North Korea fired two short-range projectiles into the ocean off its east coast on Wednesday. South Korean defense officials say the projectiles, which have a range of 110 miles, were fired from the North Korean city of Wonsan and landed harmlessly in the water. The firings are the third such reported launches since Thursday.
