Rupert Murdoch is reportedly meeting with the family of murder victim Milly Dowler, a girl whose phone messages were hacked after her disappearance by the News of the World, leading her family to believe she was still alive. The BBC has released photographs of Murdoch arriving at a building for the meeting. Earlier today, Murdoch released a statement of apology that will run in British newspapers this weekend. In the ad, Murdoch says the company is "deeply sorry for the hurt" the phone hackings caused, and says, "we regret not acting faster to sort things out." Murdoch's signature also appears on the ad.
