Morsi Charged for 'Terrorist Acts'

Egypt's public prosecutor charged ex-president Mohamed Morsi on Wednesday for conspiring with Hamas, Hezbollah, and other foreign groups to commit terrorist acts while in office. Morsi was toppled by the military in August and is already on trial on accusations of killing protesters before his ouster. The terrorism charges facing Morsi and 35 co-conspirators carry the death penalty.
